From software engineer to AI systems architect
My career began at the keyboard — writing software, shipping systems, and learning how technology actually behaves under real-world pressure. Over more than two decades, that foundation carried me across Brazil, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan, building and leading engineering teams for everything from fast-moving startups to global enterprises like IBM.
Along the way I moved from engineer to architect to founder and CTO — not by leaving the technical work behind, but by learning to connect it to outcomes. I've seen exactly what separates technology that impresses in a demo from technology that quietly compounds value, year after year, inside a business.
Today I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, and software strategy — helping companies adopt AI in ways that are practical, measurable, and built to last. The goal is never the technology itself. It's the leverage it creates.
